From a young age, Michele's heart was in the kitchen, cooking side by side with her grandmother, Loretta. These times inspired her to purse her career in Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. There she earned an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Service Management. Michele has served on the line at various restaurants in New York City, New Jersey, Rhode Island and Italy, and has also worked on shows as a Culinary Food Stylist on ABC’s Emmy-award-winning show The Chew, The View and the Food Network’s Chopped.
