This next recipe is one of my favorites to make! Making homemade pasta is fun! This shape of pasta comes from Bari, Italy where my family is from. The name of the pasta "Orecchiette" translates to little ear, because of its adorable shape. The pasta is made with semolina flour so it's gluten free! I made this pasta one morning for a gluten free celebrity that came to The Chew and she absolutely loved it! Enjoy! xoxo
